On November 31, 2023, Dr. Jae Hong Kwon, who had been employed as a postdoctoral researcher after completing a combined master’s and doctoral program in the laboratory, transferred to the department of Highway and Transportation Research of the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology.
